As an enthusiastic author, Riccardo and his brother Anthony have co-written an influential book on hair cutting entitled “The Craft”, and have developed an innovative haircutting system called Power Hair.   

Riccardo and his brother Anthony began thier career as educators with the renowned haircare company Matrix. There they gained valuable experience, honing in thier skills and propelling the duo to the company’s top platform team and became the leaders of the Matrix Global Artistic Council for sixteen years.

Rico and his brother, as they are casually known to his industry friends and followers, consistently seek new ways to share thier distinctive artistry with the world.
